WE ARE IN A "SCALES OF JUSTICE" SEASON

November 13, at 4 am, I went downstairs to our music room to pray. At some point, I fell asleep while praying in tongues and went into a dream where I was laying in our downstairs music room and praying in tongues. Suddenly there was a big boom, a few flashes of red light, and everything went black. Did the power go out? Why did I see red flashes? I lay stunned and unsure of what just happened till Mike came down and bent over me. Lightly tapping my shoulder, he quietly said, “Come here, I want to show you something!” Taking me to the basement window, we turned our eyes upward. The sky was pitch black with nothing to see but scales of justice, very bright with stars just like a constellation.

NOW if you have an issue with me writing about astronomy, you’ll have to take it up with God. I sure didn’t give myself the dream, nor do I know anything about the stars. I didn’t even know the scales of justice actually were a constellation. So, I did some digging…

STARS MOVE across the sky on a regular schedule so rising constellations can be used to mark seasons. Libra’s constellation means “weighing scales” in Latin. Although Libra is best seen in June, I found out that the sun [Son] appears in the midst of this constellation between Oct 31 and Nov 22. (Note: I’m having this dream November 13 – right about midpoint of these dates.)

GOD is letting  us know that we are in a season of the "SCALES OF JUSTICE"! During this epoch in history, Jesus Christ, the SON of God, is showing up in our midst with His “weighing scales.” In the coming days, many will be weighed in the balances; and many will be found wanting. This will not be a good thing for them. According to Jewish tradition, the Libra (scales) represent those who fell short in judgment now experiencing the stinging results of their misdeeds. As the God of Justice holds the scales, many will feel stinging results!

 It’s also a time of protection for God’s spokesmen though they may be in the midst of scorpions. “But you, son of man, do not be afraid of them. Do not fear their words, though … you sit among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words or be dismayed by their looks—for they are a rebellious house.” (1)

Don’t be deceived! God will not be mocked. He is the God of Justice and desires that we pursue justice as He told His servant Moses so many years ago.  “Justice, justice you must pursue, so that you may live and possess the land…" (2)

​Another interesting note is the element of the Scales of Justice is air! We are in the Hebraic year 5781 (81: Pey Aleph). Pey = mouth and breath. Aleph = God. The air of God’s breath is about to be blasted throughout our nations. The wicked cannot withstand the breath of God. In fact, with the breath of His mouth, He slays the wicked.

Get on the side of the justice! For the Lord Himself is “the habitation of justice…” (3).  Rest assured in this… "He will not be disheartened or crushed until He establishes justice on earth. (4)
